When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. If for any reason we are unable to ship an order within that timeframe we will reach out to confirm next steps.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive; however expedited shipping options are available at checkout if needed.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, a variety of shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How can I track my order?
All orders can be tracked through the order acknowledgment email sent after purchase or the Shop app.

What can be customized?
From custom pillows and table linens to upholstered furniture, lampshades and window treatments - if it can be crafted from fabric, we can create it for you.
How does the custom order process work?
If you're local to Nashville, we would love to have you visit our studio to explore our collection of fabrics in person. For those further away, we're just as easy to reach. Email shop@katefiglerinteriors.com to share your inspiration with us or book a remote design meeting and we'll take it from there. Local clients can also arrange site visits for measurements and installation. We charge a $225 fee for all 60-minute appointments.
What is the lead time for bespoke pieces?
Most pieces come together within 4-6 weeks, though fabric availability can affect timing. Custom lampshades require a bit more patience taking around 16 weeks. All our lead times reflect the care and handwork that goes into every piece.

How do I apply for a trade account?

Who is eligible for trade pricing?
Our trade program is open to residential and commercial interior designers and architects.
What benefits are included?
Once approved, your trade account will include a 10% discount off any item within the shop. We do not offer trade discounts on custom orders.
How do I place a trade order?
Our trade account holders will receive a discount code to be applied at checkout.
